1- Submitted papers should be in IEEE  format (you can download the templates from the paper format page)

2- PDF file and the source file(s)  (word doc OR compressed latex source files) should be submitted

3- Please Follow the instructions in the paper format page to create an acceptable Pdf file with the correct format
