1- Submitted papers should be in IEEE  format (you can download the templates from the  paper format page

2- PDF file and the source file(s)  (word doc) should be submitted (the paper must be blinded and at least 6 pages)

3- Please Follow the instructions in the paper format page to create an acceptable Pdf file with the correct format
